THE STAFFING GROUP was formed in 1992.  Donna Kennedy and Sheila Lerer were, and remain, the primary guiding forces of the firm.

Donna Kennedy has been in the recruiting field for over 26 years.  Prior to joining THE STAFFING GROUP, Ms. Kennedy was with a national organization for a considerable period of time as staff manager/recruiter, earning consistent ranking in the top 20% in the U.S. as well as earning top ranking in the state of Texas.

Sheila Lerer has been a healthcare recruiter for 15 years and has been with the company since it's inception.  During that time, she has consistently ranked in the top 15 in the Dallas and Texas areas.  She has maintained long term relationships with major healthcare companies throughout mergers, acquisitions, etc.  Due to her knowledge and expertise in the industry, she is often called upon as a resource by her clients concerning market trends, salaries, availability of potential candidates and retention techniques.
