INSURANCE ADJUSTER
Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities include:
- Policy/coverage analysis, loss investigation, liability analysis, loss documentation, loss evaluations (property damage and bodily injury) and settlement negotiations.
- Multi-state territory.
- Will handle large percentage of Construction Defect claims with heavy investigative, statement taking and evaluation.
- Examine coverage issues and contracts.
- Light travel.
- Will also handle some excess casualty, oil fields, D&O Inland Marine.
Ideal candidate MUST HAVE:
- Florida Adjuster’s License.
- Construction Defect, Product Liability Claims experience.
- Also experience in handling Excess Casualty, Inland Marine, D&O, Contractors, Oil Fields, GL exposure on construction sites.
- Extensive experience in reservation of rights, denial letters, etc.
- Solid oral/written communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment while maintaining a customer focus.
- Experience handling claims above $1M.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Four year college degree.
