THE STAFFING GROUP is a recruiting and placement firm whose primary expertise is the recruiting of mid to upper level professionals within the general administrative, healthcare and insurance industries throughout the United States. THE STAFFING GROUP was formed in 1992. Donna Kennedy and Sheila Lerer were, and remain, the primary guiding forces of the firm.
Donna Kennedy has been in the recruiting field for over 29 years. Prior to joining THE STAFFING GROUP, Ms. Kennedy was with a national organization for a considerable period of time as staff manager/recruiter, earning consistent ranking in the top 20% in the U.S. as well as earning top ranking in the state of Texas.
Sheila Lerer has been a healthcare recruiter for 15 years and has been with the company since it's inception. During that time, she has consistently ranked in the top 15 in the Dallas and Texas areas. She has maintained long term relationships with major healthcare companies throughout mergers, acquisitions, etc. Due to her knowledge and expertise in the industry, she is often called upon as a resource by her clients concerning market trends, salaries, availability of potential candidates and retention techniques.
Debbie Davis has joined our team, bringing with her not only 15 years corporate recruiting experience but a background in Human Resources Management as well. Her strong relationship building skills have allowed her to maintain long term relationships with both clients and candidates alike. She is a certified recruiting professional, achieving top awards within our industry. As our Director of Information Technology & Commercial Insurance, she is involved in the development and maintenance of nationwide clients within the insurance and corporate sectors.
